Question E-150 no power to fuel pump! Help!!

I have a 1988 E-150, 302cu motor and dual tanks. I have no power to my fuel pump under truck. The crash switch has power in and out and the dual tank switch also has power. Where should I look next?

I tried tapping on the "green relay" next to the battery and still no fuel pump noise.
"What next?"

Could try crossing the two heavy wires running to the relay, that does the same thing as the relay does. The thinner wires are trigger and trigger ground for the relay coil, the thicker ones are what it switches.

I jumped the relay and the pump came on but the van wouldn’t start. Found the computer (won’t come out very easy) wiggled the wires and nothing happened, tapped on it and you could hear the pump come on. Turned the key and the van started.
I didn’t think the computer had any moving parts that a tap would jar loose!
Guess I was wrong!
How much does a new one cost?
