Transmission Bump 2nd to 3rd

I am surprised I have not seen a post on this but my 2021 Outer Banks with the 2.7 has a really harsh shift from 2nd to 3rd no matter what the acceleration. I now have 27,000 miles and it is not going away or getting better. Is anyone experiencing this?

My Ford PM resulted in a VIN search for recalls but no solutions.

Does anyone have any experience with this issue?

I guess everyone's Broncos trans are perfect, I know mine was fine before and after I did the ProCal performance tune.
