Is this rare?

So I just moved and found this, I sold my truck years ago and totally forgot i even had it. Is it rare? Or would someone want it? I don't want to get rid of it if someone would want it.

Should classify as USPS Media Mail which is charged by the pound and very economical, probably just around $5 or so.

​​​​​​​It was stuck between the manual and a parts book for my old '50, so I just assumed. Realized I must have gotten it for my old '70 Highboy when I noticed the date range.
