OK, late again. We started the year with our just over 1 year old forced air heater giving up. Several wasted days while my son was home--no show, maybe a bs job on the problem, no parts.... So they are supposed to come tomorrow after noon.
61 inside the house isn't that bad but it isn't that good either....
The new news for me is a total hip replacement scheduled for near end of February. Looking forward to it one day, frightened of it the next. Kinda depends on how the bones feel on a particular day.
Loving this wet weather so far. Looks like another storm waiting in line to hit us next week too. A bit tired of being cooped up in the warm house, but we need it while we can get it. Can't change it anyway, might as well enjoy it.
I have a HS classmate who has both done. She's pretty happy with the results.
Heater is done, on to a new modem. Plug it in, and go i thought. 4 hours they say. Turns out it could be 4 hours. We should have rescheduled in light of conditions.
It's coming along. Been about 3.5 weeks now. Just finished a half mile walk. Been trying to walk every day, increasing the distance, dodging all these raindrops we've been getting. Still have to use a cane. Working a lot of phys therapy and I can feel it is getting stronger.
Still a lot of work to go but I think it is going to be a good result.
