A sad, and likely familiar sight to many - the front fender rust out ! And no wonder, the way the brace on the backside is positioned to attract and hold maximum dirt and debris.
Does anyone make patch panels for the front fenders in this area ? I will try to attach photos. Any advise as to how others have approached this problem is most welcome. As to other patch panels - I went with Reamer for the rear cab corners, EMS for the front cab corners, LMC for the fuel filler hole (yea I know most of you guys would bend your own.) I also need a patch panel for the lower front of the right rear fender. DC looks to have only the left side at this time.

For those sections it’s best to make your own. Remove the spot welds on the bracket. Do your repair, then weld the bracket back in. Clean the bracket well, use some weld thru primer when placing new spot welds, and you should be good to go. If you are lucky, the flange section will still be good so you don’t have to worry about forming the flanges on your patch.
There is a YouTube video of a guy making that same repair that is a really good resource.
I tried to fix mine but eventually gave up and went to Bebop for fiberglass fenders; uppers and lowers. I live 600 miles away from them but have relatives 35 miles away, so I just picked the pieces up right at their factory on a routine trip to Tennessee.
These pix are from some time later when the panel came out of the painter's shop.
You'll notice that I had the painter fiberglass in the two holes where the frame comes out to meet the bumper, which I won't be using.
