2006 6.0 rough idle after 5 minutes after top end rebuild
I just did a rebuild of my top end. I had a cracked head and did the accurate diesel cracked head repair kit on cylinder number 4 where the crack was. I replaced every seal on the injectors as well as the spool valves.
I replaced the nipple cup o rings and stand pipe and dummy plugs updated, all the seals and o rings for the HPOP and STC fitting updated, Intake as well. Everything has been properly torqued down. After about a 20 second crank the truck fired right up and purred. Ran so nice for about 5 minutes. Then started running really rough almost like it was missing. My icp duty cycle showed 30% and icp pressure was at 900
ficm voltage at 48 and ficm logic power at 11.5-12.
