1951 F1 fender and grill sheet metal instal question
I’m at the stage of putting front end body work together on my 51 f1. Problem is I didn’t take my truck appart and have no reference for assembling front parts.
specifically does fender brace 16272 attach to same point as inner fender liner.
does fender brace spacer 16153 attach at top of center brace or at end where the brace diagram is coloured in
where does 16041 attach
Where does 13068 and 8105 attach
whjere does top of 8234 attachj
As they say. A picture is worth a 1000 words. I would appreciate pictures that show all these pieces in place so I can figure out how it all bolts together.
I just finished up the front clip of my 48, which has some similarities to your 51, and many differences. I’m also having trouble reading the pics, but I’ll try to help.

The fender brace connects to the radiator support. The bolts go through the inner fender and into the radiator support.

The rubber spacer attaches at the top/center.
where does 16041 attach
It bolts to the fender and the running board, just about exactly where the pic shows.
Where does 13068 and 8105 attach
Sorry, this is different than my 48.

I’m not sure where the bottom attaches, but follow the dotted line up, I can’t read the part number. It attaches at the top rear. It’s to add support for the hood catch.

This will sound like stupid advice, but the pieces will pretty much tell you where they have to go and what order. You may have to unbolt and reinstall a few things as you go along but that's part of the charm.
My only advice is to build the entire front end on the floor, separate from the chassis and set it in place as a unit when you're done. It's much easier.
Adding to Bob's post, 16041 will attach after the fenders are bolted to the chassis. It is a mud shield to keep road debris off the running boards
I can't find 8105 bracket on my 52 F6 - not sure where it goes.
13068 is the headlight panel and bolts to the upper valance and fender at the top. Bolts to the lower valance at the bottom - pictures
8234 bolts to the cross bar behind the center dagmar on the bottom. Top bolts to the rear edge of the upper valance - picture
