Just to be clear, are you looking for one with those markings on them for an accurate restoration? Or just need some (or similar) hose to work with on your application?
A "C9" number would certainly not be specific to your application because that denotes a 1969 designed part. But if it's just hose, then it's probably the same stuff used for decades.
And just for my own curiosity (because I don't have any of the stuff myself) is this a rubber hose, or the harder plastic one I see in that position on many trucks?
It's the rubber hose I'm looking for. Local ford dealer said they stopped selling it 10+ years ago. One guy online has a 25' segment but wants a bundle for it.
So, just to confirm, you're looking for the Ford marked stuff for a concours-level restoration? If not, you can buy PCV hose (i.e. rubber hose rated for oil and vacuum) off a spool at your local auto parts store for a couple bucks per foot.
