I'm new to the forums & this is my first diesel, so I would like to apologize in advance. I drive a deleted 2013 F-250 Platinum, and currently have lifetime tunes through Proven Diesel via EZLynk. Only real upgrades I've got on the truck are 8in lift, 40in tires, cold air intake, aftermarket cold side piping, and custom trac bars.
I have been running the 180HP Hiss tune, with no transmission tune for about 4-5 months now, and I am wondering if it is unhealthy for the truck. The truck has 104k miles, I have put just below 5,000 on the truck in the past 6 months, so that goes to show how much it is being driven. No towing/hauling involved, and I will notice trans/oil temps creeping close to 200 on this tune. 90% of the time, I drive completely normal, with the occasional pedal to the floor. If I'm ever going on trips/longer drives, I always go down to the 50hp tune. I also have the option of TCM tuning(All Standard Pressure): Raised Shifts, Medium Shifts, Stock Shifts. I understand life is simpler with a SOTF, but for the purpose of this post, I would like to know if using 180HP Hiss tune is going to cause any transmission or turbo problems, along with recommendations for TCM tuning with 180HP hiss tune.
Thank you!

You're running the engine with an additional 180HP (if that's even a realistic number and not just marketing fluff) and you're curious if it'll cause potentially long-term engine damage? I'm going to take a wild guess on what a Ford engineer would say: "Yes, you're decreasing the life of the engine.'
