Well I found a scored cylinder. Here is a couple pics. The one of the cylinder is before I got the piston out. It is scored much worse on the part of the cylinder you can't see. The pic of the piston doesn't really do it justice to how bad it is. I also forgot to mention that we got the motor out without lifting the cab at all.

any idea what happened? Cylinder got hot or lack of oil? All the others are good?
Good morning Jim. Looking at 30f here today. Blah! But maybe a little snow tonight then cold again.
We got my truck mostly back together last night. Need to flush out the cooling system while we have it this far along. Should have that done tonight. We did start it for a bit. Sounds good.
Good morning Jim! Yeah I wish I knew for sure. I'm leaning towards an injector issue and will definitely be putting a new injector in that cylinder.
