The PA Chapter's "Ho, Hum, Humbug" December 2021 Chat and B/S Thread
Geez. Just that fast, we're to the end of 2021. It's the final tab on the calendar, and it'll soon be time to start over in 2022. And we can all hope that next year is better than this one. But in the end there's much for all of us to be grateful for I would think and new years are always a chance to start over again.
Starting the new month with my "promotion" being official as I start my oversight of the plant QC operations along with everything else on my plate. That should be interesting, as the current manager (who is staying in his role and simply reports back to me) is a little on the stubborn side and has some not so great tendencies on how he operates. Guess we'll sort that out as I go.
Well, it's bedtime...you know what to do, so do it.
Well, I can't sleep right now, so I guess I get the privilege of being on my phone the moment the new month's post is released! Welcome to December, Gang! Where does the time go?! I hope you all have a bright and merry holiday season! Now it's time for some late-night online shopping....
Not sleeping must have been a thing, Jason...I had the same issue last night. Led to oversleeping a touch this morning, but not enough to make me late for work thankfully.
I swear the older you get the faster time goes past, until one day you wake up with more gray hair than natural color, every joint pops getting outta bed, and you've usually got some unpleasant emissions. Sounds a lot like my old Ford, now that i think about it
Still waiting to get my truck back from my mechanic friend; his son is doing a bunch of work to the drivetrain in exchange for my old DD. Once i get it back, its off to the bodyshop for a complete body resto (still can't believe i'm saying that).
How's everyone else doing this fine wednesday morning?
Good morning, Gang! After 3 whole hours of sleep last night, I'm actually fairly awake. It was son that slept in, so I drove my daughter to school so they both wouldn't be late. Now onto the grind!
Pat, that doesn't even sound right!

good afternoon everyone. so i think that we confirmed that the Livernois heads/cam package is not worth the cost. They might be ported to large for a N/A application. the truck pulls good with the package but with the swap to the deeper gears and bigger tires the heads/cams dont offset the losses. money is better spent on a whipple.
