I had to get on the brakes last weekend at about 65 mph and I felt the pedal go soft. No brakes really until I got the pedal to the bottom then I could stop fine.
I made it home and the master cylinder was empty and I noticed the hydraulic line that goes over the rear transfer case was leaking just over the rear passenger shock.
Anyway, I’m not seeing much for ABS lines on parts sites specifically for the Ex. Can I just use one for an F250 same year?
Also, this is my first time changing something like this. I assume it’s just replace the line, fill the master cylinder, bleed the brakes at the wheels, and bleed the ABS at the pump connections under the driver side battery. Am I missing anything?
I am not 100% sure, but didn't the Excursion have a flipped/reversed caliper in the rear? Someone like @ArmyLifer or someone on the Excursion forum may be able to answer that question.
You can build your own line or go to a brake shop to have one built if you cannot find a replacement suited for your application.
I did a quick search for the line you were looking for, but it was a futile attempt without knowing the specifics concerning the location of the caliper.
It goes deeper than just replacing the brake line, you will have to bleed the ABS module and you will need a scanner capable of opening the ABS valves. Gravity bleeding won't work with ABS in the X, believe me I tried every single method with out succes on my 00 X, until I took it to a shop and had them bleed it for me with their scanner.

I believe I can do that with my scanner/forscan. Haven’t tried though.
Either way, I’m going to call a shop Monday to see if I can get it done this week since I kind of need the truck for the next 3 weekends so I don’t have time to do this one myself if I can’t get a line local tomorrow.
I bought a complete stainless line kit for my 02 excursion online from ss tubes.
My excursion had the same problem. I capped the drivers side with a plug until the kit arrived. I didn't drive it but i was trying to keep from bench bleeding the master cylinder and bleeding the abs. The plug didn't leak but it did leak everywhere else. So i did the complete bleed after replacing the lines. I did gravity bleed just to get some air out and fluid in.
