This bolt was found on the driver’s side floor mat during a 1000 mile trip. Nothing unusual in performance. The dash was removed 2 years ago by dealer to replace A/C evaporator. Any ideas where it belongs? I’ve stuck my head under the dash numerous times but found nothing!
Look further up behind the console, you should see that metal support or whatever it is. Attached is a lower view of that area. However on my 2011 those lower bolts are smaller with a separate washer. In this view, you can see the top of my console that extends under the dash.
