Question New to the Ford community and need some help!

I'm 18 and was brought up around chevy's but I wanna try something new and wrench on a 67-75 (to avoid smog here in Cali) F-series Truck to daily and tote around my project 63 SS Impala here and there lol. So I came here to learn the Do's and Dont's, trim packages, Common problems/ Rust areas, Engine varients they came with and the differences between them, Differences between F100,150,250 and what can tow that much weight and what cant. I have a lot of questions lol Appreciate your time in advance.

Welcome to FTE
You're looking for at minimum a F250 2wd with a D60 limited slip 3.73 rear end and either a 360, 390, or a 460 motor. The "Camper Special" models will meet all of these requirements.

Welcome to FTE! Here are some brochures for the 1978 models, but they are basically the same. Hopefully they help.
