Truck stolen kept key

Just noticed i had a thread for my raptor. Never had issues. Stolen in November. Got it back last week. No converters just cut pipes. Windows work. Radio a CD sync in middle works. Have no key got one cut. No dash so guy couldn't program it. Jumped relay to on so i could scan. All system are trading either no comm on bcm body control module. Onesystem reads bad info on bcm. Anothersystem reads battery control module malf. What is the batt cont mod and where is it. Where do I start.

Make sure the battery is fully charged
Clear codes and retest
Then a good visual inspection of all the modules and their connectors pins there etc

After a little over a year I'd be willing to bet that truck is no longer an issue for the op.
