The PA Chapter's "Groundhog Day, Literally" February 2021 Chat and B/S Thread
Getting a bit of an early start on this one so I don't forget.
The shortest month of the year is here, and usually the coldest and snowiest. So, fitting that it starts with us under a winter weather advisory for 6" to 12" of snow til Tuesday AM, I suppose. But it better hurry, because we've only got maybe 1 1/2" to 2" since it started. I think points further east got more than we did though. We'll see what the Groundhog has to say on Tuesday about all of this - something you can virtually take in this year thanks to "you know what"...
One more month of working out of the house, too...so, at least I'm not commuting in this slop. The 2010 goes in for some service tomorrow just to take something off my plate to deal with, so that's my first task for the new month. Rumors have it that March will mark putting us back in the plant, I guess time will tell on that one but it's worth getting those maintenance things done ahead of time, just in case.
That's enough outta me. You know what to do, do it.
good morning everyone. looks like it will be a fun day today with the snow and the little guy being home. cracked my head on my camper awning this morning shoveling the driveway.
2010's dropped off for its miscellaneous needs. Let's hope this day doesn't get too much more expensive than it already is.
I thought about shoveling, Travis...but, for right now gonna let it go. It's still snowing, not real hard, but enough that it's that "if I do this, then I'll be doing it again later" thought.
Good morning, Gang! Welcome to February! A heavy 4-5 inches on the ground right now. It's still falling steadily with another 3-5 forecast throughout the day.. The Super had soccer game duty yesterday due to the sloppy roads. I'm sitting at Pittsburgh International right now about to board for Nashville for a couple of days. I left specific instructions for my oldest on the snow removal. He is currently in the market for his first car, so compliance is in his best interest....
Morning Jason. Not quite that much here, maybe 3" at most at my house. But it's wet so it packs fast and makes things slick. I'll probably shovel at lunchtime while the 2010's not here in the driveway. Safe travels.

Morning and Happy Hallmark month, PA. Travis, I usually peel the skin off MY head 4-5 times a year ducking (not quite enough) under my 5er's overhang, so I know what you are feeling !
