East Houston area Old Pickup Clubbers (new)
Tough to rally everyone together every time a meet is planned, but having Meets fairly frequently helps ensure we can all make it from time to time.
I'm probably as busy as the rest of you all are, but also committed to hanging out like the parents did it back in the good 'ol days, lol, just roll up and hang out.
Have a bite to eat, share some experiences, help each other with their pickup projects....can be at a lake, on a beach, in a park, at a garage, in a parade........it's all good clean fun and I'm in if you are. Since picking up my "almost" dream truck last month, a 1969 f100 ranger, (I've always wanted another '72 Ranger, since I wrecked mine in '80 at the tender age of 14... Man, that truck could do fish-tails for days
) I've wanted to hook up with other ford truck owners that enjoy the smiles we see on the road when others see our rides, love it when they start taking pictures, as that was me before I finally got a truck of my own. Good times. Well, that's a nutshell of where I'm coming from.I'm guessing that meets should be on saturdays, sundays, early , late, weekdays, a bit of a mix so we all have a chance to rally up once in a while.
If this letter works, and I get some positive responses, I don't mind setting it up. Or, if there's someone here who already does that, super, I'll gladly fall in ranks and join in

Lemme know, and best wishes for the rest of this holiday season
I LOVE winters in Texas

getting her road worthy now
If restoration was cheap or easy, I would have done it...Northwest of y'all near FT Hood, TX bring a trailer. A 6.7L would fit right in the engine bay...
Send me a PM if interested.
