I have a 2011 and my suction cup window mount has decided to give up... looking to see what mounts you may have and how the hdmi is routed. Pics are always the best. Thanx
I’ve been using their mirror mount since 2013 and I’d buy it again. The MM did occasionally work it’s way off the T slot on the mount during rough roads but it’s probably likely to happen with either mount. HDMI is ran up the A pillar and along the headliner with the rest of the wiring up there.
Yes I will agree with you, suction cup mounts suck! I am using the same thing as displacement4me besides I have it mounted on top of the mirror so I don’t have a blind spot. I found the 90° HDMI cable on Amazon.

Another good option... I’m just not sure I’m able to hang it on the rear view. Might look at one of the mounts that seem to clip above the ac vent..left of the display.. just not sure how the hdmi routes

To keep it out of view for theft protection, I mounted mine in the lower small pocket on the dash.
