Had to clean out my egr cooler core but now its throwing 2 new permanent codes
so I have a 2011 f250 with a 6.7. The egr cooler core got clogged so i had to go through the **** process of taking care of that. The bolts broke and all that fun. Anyways I got it all repaired and put back together and the truck is running great but the p0401 code that sparked this whole ordeal still hasn't cleared. I know its a permanent code and should go away after enough driving but I'm also reading 2 new codes. P02e9 and p02e0 they also read as permanent and they have to do with the the diesel intake air flow sensor. I'm having a really hard time finding where that is and I don't know if they're just there because I took apart pretty much everything. Any help would be appreciated. As a side note when I first started the truck apparently the vacuum valve on the egr was broken so I had a vacuum leak. I replaced it and fixed it but I dont know if that caused the other codes.
