7 3 diesel bad misfire

2000 F250 7.3 diesel loss of power truck has a surge and it feels like it's only running on 4 cylinders when I press on the accelerator the truck just shakes with hardly any power at all. It initially first started out as a slight constant misfire and it got worse to where the truck now has a bad surge and hardly any power..... any idea what could be causing my issue thanks

Never experienced this, but fuel delivery is my first thought. (LOL, it sure is not ignition!). Maybe some one who knows something will come along.

I checked the ICP sensor and it is very wet with oil I was told that could be my problem but haven't replaced that part just yet. I started the truck this afternoon it fired right up on the first key cycle and as I gave it a little bit of throttle it's got a constant shake and Miss fire like it's not getting enough fuel.
