Almost have my 05 axle swap done, still messing with a few small bits of it. It’s got an Icon 2.5” level up front and a heavy spring pack in the back for now, thinking a set of deavers and air bags but still a ways down the road. Next step is get my front bumper cleaned up and all the bedliner on the outside redone. Working on redoing my frame mounted steps and seeing if i cant make them electrically actuated like the Amp steps. After that a bed, either a normal pickup bed or considering a flatbed.
Still waiting on my driveshaft flange to show up, shipping is behind and I want my truck back. But I did have to re-rebuild one caliper, must have twisted the seal the first time. Here’s the model flatbed I’m considering. Ive been looking for a replacement stock bed and they’re not cheap and all would need painted and bedliner. But the time all that’s done I’d be near the cost of the flatbed.
