If you know or can measure your oil plug thread size (and depth) you can find one in the chart here: Find Fumoto® Products | Fumoto® Engine Oil Drain Valves. Or call their 800 number: (800) 918-3406. Since presumably a lot of fleets will run this engine, I expect Fumoto will make sure there is a valve that fits. Why did the one you found not work?
Please let us know when you find out; this will be one of my first mods when I get my truck.
So, school me on what a fumoto valve is. To me, it's an unsafe and unnecessary convenience to add any kind of quick release valve on your oil pan. If it accidentally pops open while going down the road, there goes your oil and your engine.

It is indeed a quick release valve, but one that is designed to not pop open under even extreme conditions. And they even offer a special lock if you are concerned about it. They're used largely by fleets, including semi trucks.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance please let us know.Thank you for choosing Fumoto!
I'm surprised the valves have different threads on the F250 (14mm-1.5) and F350 (12mm-1.75). That doesn't make sense to me. Do they have different oil pans?
Last March I ordered a F106SX for my F350 DRW 7.3L and it didn't fit. I sent it back and ordered a F107SX. I haven't installed it yet but should be the one. I can't believe ford would put a different pan on the same engine my guess is that Fumoto hasn't updated the F250 yet.

Thanks Sir, I ordered a 107.
This seems like as good a place as any to ask...
Anyone have the part number for the oil filter?
The idea of calling this motor a 7.3 seemed great until you go looking for parts... EVERYTHING comes up for a 7.3 diesel even when you type in GAS 7.3.
I have used the fumotos on many vehicles. They sure help take the mess out of an oil change. Make sure you order the model with the longer nipple to attach your drain hose. The extra length helps prevent the hose from falling off.
I won't run one on mine. Too risky to have something kick up and break it off...even if you don't offroad, there's all kinds of stuff on the highway and backroads (semi tire tread, road cones, lumber, tree branches, cardboard boxes, plastic buckets, gas cans, etc...I've hit 'em all in the past)
