Gearbox difference 49 F1 straight six vs V8
Does anyone know if the gearboxes are interchangeable or different on the 49 F1 straight 6 vs V8 flathead. Thanks for any input.

No differences in the gearboxes themselves, but the clutch covers (front half of bellhousing) are different.

thanks for that info. I have the bell housing for the V8 so know where to go now. Thanks again.
