Which truck had which (front)axle?
Hello,
maybe i am to stupid to find a valid source, but it appears there are diffeent opinions on the internet which truck had which axle at which time?
So does somebody got a chart or something like that?
For example, as far as i got it:
Dana 50 was in the front until 2002 for the F2/350 and until 2005 for the Excursion
the Dana 60 was never in the front???
The Dana Super60 was used in the F2/350 after 2002 and the only difference compared to the F4/550 is the wider track that those used after Ford sitched to coild springs, is that correct?
Or was the normal D60 used in the front for die F2/350 until some point in time in between the D50 and DSup60?
For the rear it seems a bit more steady, but i read the Chassis cap rear might differ from the pickup rear on the F-350? Would made sense since the Chassis Cap350 also got a stronger frame but who knows?
