Turbo exhaust side question

Question for the turbo experts. I found this crack in the exhaust side of some spare turbo parts I received from a member and I want to clean and cerrakote prior to rebuilding, so is this usable or scrap?

I would not use that. It is located where the exhaust turbine wheel will be in play. Or at least it appears to be from the pictures.
