1999 Ford F250 4x4 puffing smoke and knocking

1999 Ford F250 4x4 puffing smoke and knocking
I have a 99 f250 with a 7.3 and a 6speed with 271k miles was driving down the interstate at like 90 mph and it started smoking in the cab pulled off the freeway and it started knocking at a low rpm pulled over knock was loud on passenger side of the engine pulled oil cap and it is puffing smoke, before this this truck had 0 blow by. It is idling smooth and no smoke out of the pipe

Glow plug in two pieces, the smaller pieces was on top of number 1 rocker arm assembly and the other part had backed out of the head, causing the knocking and blow by

yes and then the plug backed out it looks like to me

Are those OEM? If you’re not sure pull them all and replace with OEM Glow plugs.
