2019 Auxiliary plugs by rear bumper

Today I’m wiring up some auxiliary backup lights for plowing. Does anyone know what the 2 pin and 6 pin connectors are by the rear bumper?

They are the flying harnesses for an optional fifth wheel trailer prep package. The two-conductor connector includes +12 and common, and the six-conductor connector includes the other five trailer circuits (running lights, left turn & brake, right turn & brake, back-up lights, and brake controller).

I don’t have the factory p/n. However, this 7’ harness adapter from etrailer.com looks like it would fit the bill; check out the installation video and the reviews:

There’s also a version with a 9’ harness, which might be a better choice for installing the connector near the front of an 8’ bed:

My suspicion is that these harnesses are wired in parallel with the bumper-mount 7-way connector and shares the same fuses.
