1995 F150 XLT strange problem. Turn signal related.. I think? Need help.
I am having a strange problem. My head and tail lights work, dash lights work.
Turn signals do not work, dome light does not. The emergency flashers do work.
There is a clicking sound (kinda sounds like turn signal) which appears to be coming from somewhere under the A/C controls under he dash. This sound will not stop until I remove the battery cable. This sounds starts the moment I put the battery cable is back on. The lights are turned off. The ignition switch is not even turned on.
Is there some sort of relay located in that area which might cause this?
If anyone can help.. I would appreciate it very much. I am pretty much lost.
My buddy's grandpa had a '97 blazer that would do that constant clicking on the right side. Ended up never figuring it out and sold it. Good luck to you finding the source!
That definitely would drive someone crazy having a clicking and not knowing where or why. try checking your flashers relay sometimes when it is going bad it'll make a clicking.
