1939 ford license plate ID and windshield sticker
can anyone tell me what the A/P stands for on the license plate? And there is a decal in the windshield which is hard to see in this copy but in the original picture is looks kinda like a B in a box I could be an 8 too. Can anyone tell me what those stand for ? This is my great granddad Dixon with a boat motor over his shoulder in front of his 39 Ford pickup he bought brand new!

The windshield sticker could be a gas rationing decal from WWII. The B would have been for a business vehicle.
The A/P... what state? Every state is different with what it puts on plates.

Cool it was a farm truck so and It is Burke County, Georgia
