Converting a crew cab to EV and have managed to source most of the drive components, except the battery which has turned into a living nightmare. The usual vendor "suspects" (Panasonic, LG CHem, etc.) aren't interested and are in bed with the Teslas of the world, Toyotas, etc because they want scale/numbers -----bottom line: small DIYr's attempting to convert their rigs to EV are chit out of luck on the battery front. Sure you can buy used but the configs (e.g. skateboards) are difficult to retrofit to our Rigs.....
