Welcome to FTE!

I have moved your question to it's own thread--much clearer that way.

Parts are available for the two speed. What do you need?

For example:

https://www.vanderhaags.com/Search-R...wo-speed-motor

https://www.drivetrainamerica.com/12...-2-bolt-mount/

You need to know the model number for your axle.

Google "eaton 2 speed axle identification" and look for "eaton.com" links with parts lists or identification in the title. These tend to be PDF files and I can't give you a direct link to one.

AXLE code stamped on the 2nd line-far right of the Warranty Plate, riveted to the left door face below the latch.

Post what it is.
