Does any one know if there is a way to keep the volume on the Bluetooth from cutting out when reversing and throwing the sensors over the speakers? I don’t want to turn the parking aid off, I just don’t want it to take priority if I’m on the phone. Every time I’m backing into the driveway and I’m on the phone, it cuts out the person speaking. Or it cuts out the music. I’d like to keep the rear aid working, but a quieter notifying chime and keep the conversation at normal volume. Is this something forscan can adjust, or perhaps a menu adjustment? Or just an annoyance with no real fix?

Unless it can be done via something like FORScan, the reason the reverse chime takes over is for safety so the driver can be 100% focused.
I’m sure you’re a good driver but any phone conversation while driving is a distraction.
Also, and if you think about it, how often does this happen everyday and it’s only for a few seconds that your Bluetooth music or conversation cuts out so not a big deal compared to the benefits of it.

I’m a contractor, I drive and talk on the phone everyday all day. That’s why handsfree is a thing. as many vehicles there are that are handsfree equipped that don’t have parking assist, its not a necessary feature.
It is however not something I want to turn off completely. Which I do think is a option.
Hence the question.
And it happens enough to bother me enough, that I’m trying to find a way to change it.
Again, hence the question.
