Who turned off the heat in Native America!

haha holy crap guys. It's cold here.Last year when I passed through it was the same way. What's going on? Looks like it's going to be warming up into the 50's and 60's this week though.I'm well prepared for it.Got my winter gear for my tent with me.I'm just cruising all around seeing where the wind blows me is all.Not too easy finding tent sites with wifi still these days.Anywhere, not just Oklahoma. You'd think internet was a new fad still lol. Anyway,I'm around out enjoying the countryside.Take care and stay warm.

A whole lot nicer out this way now boys.Them 30's are for those crazy New Englanders. 50's 60's is still cold for most of you but this is all fun and games to me.

Trying to tell the folks out here I'm looking for a place to camp with bathrooms, showers, laundry and wifi is no problem. When they ask what size is your RV and you say a tent, that's when things fall apart for me real quick hahahaha. A WHAT? What kind of tent? We don't want that around here.(I'm not making that up,that's what one guy told me) hahaha I guess some of 'em must be concerned I'm homeless or something? I dunno man but I kept getting turned down even though my money is just as good as someone who drives an RV lol. They stand to make more anyway as my electric just charges my laptop lol.
I dunno people are afraid of the unknown I guess.Just cus I don't wanna spend thousands in fuel running across America doesn't mean my money for a site wont be any good.
Took me a spell but I convinced someone I wasn't special needs or anything lol.

For them cold nights in a tent I started using a wood stove from seek outside. man does it help knock the chill off when getting dressed in the morning.

We get dressed in the morning in the sleeping bag when we don't have heat, but I second the tiny wood stove. Even a candle can heat up a tent pretty quick. As for the wi-fi and plug-ins, dude - you're camping. Leave all that junk at home and get back to your roots!

The reason the RV camps don't want you around is that tents aren't luxury items, but RVs typically are. They don't want the other side of the tracks parked next to their half million dollar customers. Surely you understand that. Leave those places to the rich grandpas and get your camp on. You don't need them crowding you anyway with their early morning radios spoiling the peace and yappy little dogs chasing you around when you go get your fire started.

Nah these aint high end resorts I'm looking at lol. These are low budget rv parks.I found a decent one though so I'm good.Oh I do plenty of official camping too.Just sometimes it's nice to have a good base camp with showers and such since it's a month in one place.Looks like easy weather from here on out.The sub zero bag might get to be bit too much soon.
