I'm not looking for help, more like reporting what worked for me. This has been getting steadily worse; stalling, no low end power, really sounding like it was starving for fuel. I ran new vacuum lines and that actually made it worse. Finally getting to the point it barely would pull into the shop to get fixed.
What worked; MAP sensor $45 @ Rock auto. It probably didn't hurt that I cleaned the throttle body, and idle control valve.
At any rate it is it's usual cheery self again.

Did it have any codes? I'm having on and off issues that I was initially thinking was a trans issue, now I'm noticing what seems like progressively worse power especially on the highway and was starting to think it's the exhaust. Just really gutless. I had one of these trucks before that I threw every sensor at and it made no difference so I hate just swapping parts when there are no codes to go off of. I have already ordered a MAP sensor though
