1964 f100 mono spring 4 inch lowering
My 64 f100 trucks front springs are in bad shape. With 1.5 inch sag one side from the other. I have the opportunity to pick up some used 4inch mono springs cheap. I know mono springs are not the best. Has any one run the 4 inch lowering mono springs? Do they bottom out ?

I have 3" monos. A lot of the drop is simply from there being only one leaf so these didn't affect clearance that much, It's been a while so I can't remember just how much it changed 4" drop could potentially have less clearance although, it may be as good or better than what you currently have, depending on the reason for the sag.
I do remember that mine only dropped the truck by about 2-2.5" from where it was because the old spring bushings were also pretty bad. So don't be expecting as much drop when compared to worn out springs and bushings.
