Just needing help deciding and maybe some pros & cons

Wanting/needing help deciding what programmers/chip would be best for my 1997 7.3l 4x4? So it would really be appreciated if y’all could throw me some suggestions along with pros and cons of them, thank so much for you that comment!

Hudra, its has way more tuning options and ease of downloadable tunes, as for whom to get tunes from well....
