91 f150 lift help?

91 f150 lift help?
Hello I'm hoping some of you knowledgeable ppl could help me out.
i bought a 91 f150 that is lifted someway. I tried searching this forum and Google and can't seem to figure out how big a lift it has.
Guy I bought it from wasn't the brightest bulb around and didn't know much about it.
Just trying to replace some worn and broken parts including leafs. It's sitting on 33/12:50r15s

At the moment that's all I have I'll get some better ones soon. I know it has drop brackets for the I beams and a drop pitman arm

Looks like it has a longer radius arm.

It does have extended radius arms. Couldn't find a name or anything on them. They are red and tubular and the lift brackets are red also.

That looks like a Rancho kit. 4" would be my quess.

im gonna swap in the light duty 3/4 springs in for now. I have them on my parts f150. Working on a budget so I'll need to work up to the right springs.
Any recommendations on shocks?
