stuck injector??

i recently pulled my motor, replaced my oil pan with a new one and a moroso oil pan gasket (success). at the same time i put in 180cc/80% rosewood injectors, all went well. fast forward to me having the truck put together for 2 days and driving it down to Nashville to swamps to get new tunes. i got the tunes put on and all was well on the way back to Clarksville. i get back and am driving when some azzhole in a red dodge decides to almost hit me(look over and see him on his cell) so i get all flustered and decide to open up the injectors on a hot tune. floor it and pass the azzhole giving him the well deserved cloud. i let off thinking i won this battle, little do i know he gets up next to me and says something along the lines of "why you letting off already?" so i give the ol ford the onion, were cruising well above the speed limit me leaving him in the dust. im coming over a hill and see a red light so i go from full throttle to full brakes in a split second. this causes my truck to start knocking like its a old cat front end loader trying to get started in -10*f. i throw it in neutral and coast into a parking lot still knocking and smoking white. i pull into a parking spot and shut er down expecting the worst(blown a hole through the block, oil spewing onto the ground etc) i get out to see no leaks, nothing out of spec all looks well. i check the oil, coolant, crawl under and look for anything bad( none noted). i decide to start it up and see what happens. well it knocks for about half a second and smooths out but is blowing obscene amounts of white smoke so i shut it down immediately. i get out, check everything again and all looks well. i sit and ponder life, check my bank account and decide to try again with the chip on the "stock" setting(which is no where near stock). it idles fine maybe a little loud and still white smoke. i check the blow by, i check the oil with it running, i check the coolant, i pull off the intake and look at the turbo. nothing is showing any problems. the exhaust smells normal and is starting to clear up. i let it idle for a while and embark on a 1/4 mile idle down the road to test the "did i blow my truck up" waters. the white smoke clears to almost nothing. at this point i dont know what to think/check. i drive it home and it still has an azzload of power and nothing different. the only time i see a difference is when i first start it there is a small puff of white haze that wasnt there before. im asking for advice on what happened, and do i need to worry about a hole in a piston, a fudged up injector, a blown head gasket etc. any input i greatly appreciated.

Do you have gauges in the truck?
If so what was EGT
Sounds like it would be fine if it don't have a lot of blowby
You may have just slammed it down to fast and caused a hiccup
If its still running good just drive it. After I installed jims injectors in my truck I played hard that day and thought I burned mine down with EGT well over 2000 lol before I looked at them
That was 8 years ago and its still running
These things are hard to hurt you can.
Good luck

Sounds to me like an injector was not installed properly and came loose.
I'd pull the valve covers, smack the tops of each one and re-check the hold-down bolt torque. If you find one or more that took any kind of turns to tighten, you need to pull that injector(s) and at least install new O-rings. If the o-rings are really bad then you may need new nozzles installed on them as the extra fuel super heats the nozzles and they will catastrophically fail in time.
I'd start there and see what you find.

Jim, I'll pull the vc this weekend. Is there any other signs/symptoms that comes with a injector that is not seated all the way ?

Generally just lots of white smoke, and often a knocking sound.
