Niether. While I do consider vehicles in terms of "she," mine brings up images of Rosie O'Donnell.

One day riding along and my wife is complaining about driving the truck. I said "she doesn't like you either". One of the few times my wife has been speechless.

We usually give all our vehicles names. It just depends on what they look like to my wife and now grown kids. I usually just agree as they are more creative at it then me.
In this case the 2000 is Hank and the 2006 is Sid. I put aftermarket head-units in both with Bluetooth and in my phone they are both labeled with their names.

Cholak (male). Now to explain. The truck's color is caribou. Caribou is a moose. Moose Cholak was a wrestler in Chicago in the 1960-1970 era. So it was obvious to me to name the truck Cholak
