Well, I got one truck task accomplished today.. I replaced the dash and radio surround . Some how it was all broken the surround had 4 tabs and 3 were broken. The dash was cracked and broken in places.. I got a replacement off eBay. It had a couple extra switches since I came out of an expedition.. it fit great and was in better condition than advertised..

Good morning everyone. I’ve had a crazy busy few days.
But another month has passed. Four down. And unfortunately, seventeen more to go. I received news that when they changed his mission it reset his deployment clock as the new mission is also slated for eighteen months. I’m a little pissed. I didn’t know they could do that.

It is. But I guess stuff like that happens from time to time. I signed up for the Armys wishy-washy crap when I decided to be with my soldier.
Today, being the 24yr anniversary of black hawk down makes me a little more on edge about him being over there. Which is a little silly as it’s really no more dangerous than it was yesterday.

It is tough. Especially with the only communication being a letter every 6 or so weeks. But I’ve got a great best friend that supports me. And a love for my man so strong it surprises me sometimes. He’s amazing, I wouldn’t give him up for anything. I don’t know why his ex wife did, but I’m glad she did!
