I bought my son a '79 F100 with a 300 six and C4 trans. The conversion was done rather well. The only thing not present was the neutral safety switch and the reverse lights don't work. While repairing a trans leak around the shift linkage, I installed a new neutral safety switch (there was no switch when i got the truck).
I have done a few searches but couldn't find the specifics I was looking for...
Any of y'all know how I can get the new neutral safety switch wired in? Were the trucks wired for both and there is a plug/harness somewhere? If the were the case would that fix the reverse lights too?
Thanks all,
Been busy with my '52 F1, son is married and his truck needs to be more road worthy!
