Fuel tank leak
About a year ago I put in a new rear fuel tank, a Spectra premium steel replacement. I was using a modified stock rollover valve to do the fast fill mod, but it leaked around the new grommet when the tank was full and was sloshing around. This last weekend I changed it to a cab and chassis style rollover valve and new grommet which is for the same tank hole size, lubed it with vinyl dressing, snapped it in, lubed the valve, seated that. Filled the tank, vents perfect, but still sloshes out around the top and runs down the front until it gets low enough. I need ideas on how to fix this, any sealants resistant to diesel fuel?
