Tasca Ford shows F81Z-12B637-FA for $530. Call them to make sure it fits your truck. I think trying to simplify the harness would be a very complicated project, stick with OEM.

And welcome to FTE.
Hi thank´s the thing is that the engine ot´s not being installes in the originall truck, but in an older truck, so need the wiring just to make the engine run, not using the rest of the computer features.
Well, these engines will only run with the PCM for 99-03, as the injectors are computer controlled. Your best bet is to find a junkyard 7.3PSD truck and pull the engine harness from that.
It's not that bad if a person were running a manual transmission, manual transfer case, and getting rid of some of the luxuries like cruise control. Easily 1/3 of the wires I have there could be deleted in that case.

Sounds like a great project! Folks here have done that, obviously. Share some details on the engine and truck to get the ball rolling. AT or MT, etc. Pics get our juices running.
I really like what you've done with the garage floor in that top picture!!
Living room floor. I was six years single and in an I.D.G.A.F. mode. I still don't but I'd be in trouble for bringing all that stuff back in the house.
I'll be paring down another harness here shortly for the next 7.3L transplant.
I once had my 8x17 Compomotive wheels stacked in pairs (with tires) and a 30" square piece of plywood on top for end tables in my living room when I was single.
When I was single I had an Olds 455 in the kitchen of my mobil home for a rebuild and the hood to my 442 leaning up against the wall in the living room.
