Oldie but Goodie but won't stay running

87 Ford F150 4.9l -- Cycle key 5 times will start then runs out of gas unless you pump the pedal engine will go up and down. New parts put on this truck are new fuel tank, new fuel pump in tank, new fuel filter, new fuel pump on rail, new fuel pressure regulator, new tps sensor, new computer, new fuel injectors. Any suggestions.

Codes that came up are 22, 34,67,81. Fuel pressure was 42

The 42 is that when you first turn the key on?
What if you try and start / run the motor does it stay at 42?

Went out this morning turned key on got 40 cranked it didn't get much more. Started it with gas got 42. Yesterday blocked return line and got 70 psi at rail and still did not start.

These things will start with very little fuel pressure, they just won't go anywhere without stalling.

I'd focus on the map sensor code, a faulty map will prevent it from running. Do you have a donor map to swap in? Parts truck or a friend? Junkyard?

Check vac line running to map also.
