BF All-Terrain KO2 w/9,000

Buddy looking to go to 12.5 and has KO2 with 9,000 nearly all city casual miles on a 2017 Denali diesel.
Couple questions:
1. Will the 35x11.5 fit stock rims on my 2015 6.7L 4x4 without issue?
2. What's a good price to offer him for these with 9,000 miles on them?

Thanks

Assuming you mean 35x12.5x20 --- Then it is at least rated to work on a 8.5" wide rim.

35X12.5R20LT
121R E
None 3,195 lbs. 75 psi 15/32" 67 lbs. 8.5-11"

I have no personal experience on whether they will rub or not.

35 x 12.5 tires on your stock rims will work just fine, may only be very slight rub on full lock .
