Hiring advice for retired military

We are looking to hire a retired Military/LEO for a position that can be fit into 3-4 days/week. Not impressed with the military job sites. Prefer Military/LEO as this is a tenant facing liaison position for someone with facility common sense and good interpersonal skills with a clean legal & driving record as there are kids involved.

This is NOT a job posting. Just looking for advice/direction to a trusted site or a legitimate .mil place to post. Came here because in general, I trust car guys.

Mods - if this is out of line, please delete without prejudice.
