My 41 came with a bunch of tools, one of them fits over those things. If you have one, there is another one on Epay.

Mark, Unless those hub caps are off of a '39 they won't fit your '41. The '38 and earlier trucks have smaller threads because they have a smaller outer wheel bearing than the '39 and later trucks. The stainless hubcaps for a '39 are scarce as hens teeth.
