Finally got the RV hitched up

I am using the B&W Patriot slider which is on it's highest setting of 19" - same setting as my F150 was. The pin weight is around 1500 lbs and it's not sitting on the overloads. Clearance is 7.25" at the pin and 7" at the rear. The RV is sitting about 1/8 of a bubble nose high. Once I get all of my junk put in the truck bed and RV it should be perfect.
Ignore the dirt on the truck, it's been raining a lot here lately. Sure glad I got the caribou as it doesn't show dirt much.

Yes sir. My pin hitch is one hole from the bottom I believe so I could drop and raise the RV even more if more clearance was needed.

Great looking rig! Glad to hear clearances are not an issue.

One reason I chose white gold (other than matching the 5ver) is to help hide the dirt between washings.

Keep us posted on how she handles!

I thought I might be nose high with the new Super Duty but based on your setup I'll be good to go. I shouldn't have a problem adjusting my B&W so I'm level.
Great looking combo!

Thanks for posting the photo and info. Once the F350 gets here (hoping by March as Build date show week of Feb 6th) the reflection 303rls gets ordered. I was concerned with truck height, clearance and towing level on the 5th wheel. I am guessing yours is a 29rs?

Grampscamper, how do you like your 337? We are trying to decide between that and a Rockwood 8299.

My preference would be the 337. We LOVE the Reflection. We owned a Rockwood a few years ago. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another Grand Design.
Good luck with whatever you choose.

Yes sir, 29rs. I had them add the double pane windows and slider toppers.

Looks good, JDF. If I weren't buying some land next week I'd be saving up for one of those. Next big-purchase in life maybe.

Bedcover clears the hitch by about 1.5" so all worked out well so far.

JDF, Would you happen to have any measurements of how much the rear squats down with that load at the fenderwell?
