Does the power steering pump seem like it is struggling? Hard to turn wheel? Is it juttering when you turn? Regardless if it's a 17 then it's under warranty I would bring it in

I have the adaptive steering, I seem to get some noise from the steering wheel at full lock, I assume that's the adaptive steering gadgetry inside the steering wheel and have been avoiding holding it at full lock I just back off a fraction and it stops making noise. Regardless the steering pump will make noise at full lock. No noise due to low speed.

That's normal behavior for all power steering pumps. Holding the steering wheel at full lock puts the pump in a position where it's increasing pressure but the steering hardware has nowhere to go. It's exactly right to back off the steering wheel a half a degree and release that pressure.
