Hope everyone's having a good weekend. Been busy with birthday parties and other kid activities last 3 weekends. Would like to get out ice fishing but not sure how safe the ice is yet.

Good morning, enjoy the day if you have it off, if not hope it is a trouble free day Maine. Careful if you go on the ice. No thanks here.

Spent most of the day out on the ice yesterday, 7am-2pm. 15 traps out, not a bite. Pretty disappointing.

Last Sunday my truck crapped out ~3 gallons of fresh Amsoil. Made it 7 miles home and bam, DOTR.

After fighting with the insurance and the scam artist tow truck ahole, got it home, and Monday determined it was coming from the LPOP. Pushed it into the garage, heated it up and pulled it apart, somehow 2/4 bolts on the LPOP had worked themselves loose, so much so they weren't even finger tight.

Still replaced it with a Melling LPOP, (155k on the OEM pump) and it's good to go, of course now it has Delo in it and does NOT start well when it's cold out in the morning. (Unless it's plugged in.)

Need to get some more synthetic in it. Wish it wasn't so damn expensive.

Good morning Tom. Sucks about the truck but glad it wasn't too serious. I have AAA which is nice when needed. Used them a few times for keys locked inside

Good morning, Jim.

I'm thinking as I'm planning to keep my truck at least another 5 years, and it's only getting older.... It would be a good idea to do that, seeing as I paid $60 out of pocket for just 1 tow.

Definitely since that $60 would be a good chunk of the membership fee. If you need help, call the number and they take care of contacting the tow company or whatever service you need.
